Cultivation Objectives
This program aims to cultivate students who support the Party's fundamental principles and align with the needs of social and economic development. It emphasizes comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills. Students will be prepared for work in electrical operation and maintenance, system control, measurement and detection, design and development, and related fields. Students in this program will acquire foundational knowledge, basic theories, and essential skills in areas such as power systems, power electronics, automatic control, and measurement and detection. They will possess the ability to carry out equipment maintenance and support, engage in technological innovation, conduct measurement, and detection activities, and participate in design projects. Furthermore, students of this program will possess strong practical skills and an innovative spirit. They will be equipped with comprehensive competencies as applied professionals in the field of electrical engineering.
Characteristics
This program focuses on cultivating students' core professional abilities in the control, maintenance, testing, and design of electrical equipment and systems. The teaching content highlights the application and strengthens the engineering practice ability. Meanwhile, relying on the advantages of cooperation with the former Guangxi Bureau of Quality Supervision, we offer courses related to electrical measurement to strengthen students' professional abilities. Relying on the advantages of the instructor team of the National College Students Electronic Design Competition, we instruct students to carry out the second classroom professional activities to strengthen students’ practical innovation ability.

Principles of Automatic Control, Fundamentals of Electrical Machines and Drag, Power Electronics, Power Supply and Distribution Technology, Principle and Application of Single Chip Microcomputer, Electrical Measurement Technology, PLC and Electrical Control Technology.

1. Employment prospects
Students can be engaged in electrical machinery and electrical design, manufacturing, control, testing, operation and maintenance, research and development, production and management work; or power systems and electrical equipment operation, power supply systems and high-rise building electrical design and operation and maintenance work; or the field of building electrical design, building automation, integrated wiring and intelligent building system design, system operation, research and development, test and analysis, engineering construction and management work.
2. Employment direction
Students have a wide range of employment, adaptability; students are mainly employed in the power industry, can be engaged in electric power design, construction, commissioning, production, operation, market operation, scientific and technological development and technical training, but also can be engaged in other industries in the electrical technology work.
