Cultivation Objectives
This program aims to cultivate students who uphold the Party's basic line, promote comprehensive development in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills, and possess a strong sense of social responsibility, professional ethics, and good humanistic qualities. They will be equipped to meet the needs of regional economic and social development, as well as urban and rural construction. Graduates will have a solid understanding of the fundamental theories and knowledge in the field of architecture. They will possess the basic skills to apply these theories and knowledge in the design of complete architectural solutions. They will be capable of engaging in planning and design, architectural technology application development, and project information management in surveying and design, construction investment, as well as urban housing and planning institutions. These graduates will be high-quality applied talents with practical abilities, an innovative spirit, and a sense of responsibility. They will serve as qualified constructors and reliable successors in the socialist cause.

Characteristic
This program closely integrates with regional and local economic development. Building upon a solid foundation of basic architectural knowledge and skills, it offers three elective courses in planning and design, vernacular architecture, and green architecture. By keeping in line with the trends in the development of the construction industry chain, as well as considering students' strengths and interests, the program provides diversified training in employability. Following the OBE educational philosophy, the talent cultivation plan aims to produce specialized professionals with solid professional competence, strong vocational skills, and refined humanistic qualities. Cooperation agreements are signed with various architectural design firms, construction companies, and real estate enterprises, facilitating direct collaboration between the university and these industry partners. This ensures effective cooperation in areas such as collaborative education, student employment, and community service, thereby solidifying the practical skills imparted to the students.
Teaching Staff
The current academic staff of this program consists of 15 full-time teachers. In terms of professional titles, there is 1 professor, 10 associate professors, 2 assistant professors, and 2 junior lecturers. Regarding educational qualifications, there are 1 Ph.D. holder and 10 master’s degree holders. In terms of age distribution, there are 12 young and middle-aged teachers below the age of 40 and 3 teachers between the ages of 40 and 55. Additionally, 3 teachers have overseas study experience. The program has gradually formed a well-structured and adequately staffed team of teaching and research professionals. This team possesses a solid theoretical foundation in the field, rich practical teaching experience, and practical work experience in enterprise management, and demonstrates effective teaching and research outcomes.
Employment
After graduation, students can work in institutions or enterprises, such as architectural design enterprises, building construction enterprises, real estate enterprises, cultural relics protection departments, architectural education units, architectural design training units, architectural technology research institutes, and administrative departments of the housing and construction industry. They can be engaged in architectural design, urban and rural planning and design, pre-project planning, real estate analysis, construction project management, architecture education and teaching, architectural design research, architectural technology development, historical building preservation, green building design, and architectural software application. They can also pursue further studies in architecture, urban and rural planning, landscape architecture, and other related professional fields.
