On July 27, the launch ceremony of Hongli Culture Communication (Guangxi) Co., Ltd. and the signing event for digital economy cooperation were held in Nanning. The event was attended by distinguished guests and representatives from various sectors, including He Youjun, Chairman and CEO of NIP Group and Chairman of Hongli Culture; Wei Jiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Nanning Municipal Committee, Head of the United Front Work Department, and Vice Mayor of Nanning; and Chang Liang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Big Data Development Bureau.

In his speech, Wei Jiang highlighted Nanning’s regional advantages and development potential, welcomed the establishment of Hongli Culture Communication Co., Ltd. in Nanning, and expressed positive expectations for future collaboration based on the city’s development goals. He Youjun introduced the company’s background and shared his vision for deepening e-sports and digital economy initiatives in Nanning, expanding across Guangxi, and exploring opportunities in ASEAN markets. Chang Liang emphasized that the cooperation represents a significant step in exploring new business models. He urged all parties to focus on industry talent demands, build an output-oriented education system, aim for innovation driven by industrial demands, enhance the transformation of scientific research achievements, optimize the regional industrial ecosystem, and strengthen industrial development support.

In his address, Li Dongxue, President of Nanning University, outlined the university’s commitment to applied, engineering-oriented undergraduate education and its efforts to develop programs in digital technology and the digital economy through industry-education integration and university-enterprise cooperation. He expressed strong confidence in the deep collaboration with the Autonomous Region Big Data Development Bureau and Hongli Culture Communication Co., Ltd. On behalf of Nanning University, he signed a strategic cooperation agreement and jointly unveiled the plaque for the "China-ASEAN E-Sports Industry-Education Integration Base."

In recent years, Nanning University has seized opportunities in digital technology and the digital economy, aligning its development with the times, technological advancements and regional economic needs. The university has tailored its majors to meet industry demands, established the Industry College of Digital Technology in partnership with Huawei, and co-founded the Modern Industry College of Digital Economy with enterprises such as the China-ASEAN Cross-Border E-Commerce Headquarters Base and Nanning Weining Group. These initiatives underscore the university’s dedication to cultivating high-quality, applied talent capable of meeting the demands of the digital era.

Hongli Culture Communication Co., Ltd., a domestic leading "e-sports+" urban service provider under NIP Group, views the launch of its Guangxi branch and the signing of cooperation agreements as a crucial step in leveraging Nanning’s regional advantages to promote integrated business development.
