From June 9 to 11, 2025, a five-member delegation led by Professor Qin Jianwen, Dean of the College of Digital Economics, embarked on an educational exchange mission to Vietnam. The delegation visited Hanoi University of Industry (HaUI) and Vietnam National University of Arts Education, signing pivotal cooperation agreements that mark a breakthrough in Nanning University’s strategic engagement with ASEAN educational partners.

The delegation began its visit at HaUI, where Dr. Kieu Xuan Thuc, the university’s Rector, extended a warm welcome. Following the signing of the Education Cooperation Agreement between Nanning University and Hanoi University of Industry, the two institutions officially established a strategic partnership. Leveraging their complementary strengths in digital economy, transportation, and other fields, College of Digital Economics of UNN and HaUI will jointly advance the 3+1+1 Joint Bachelor-Master Program, while collaborating on initiatives such as the China-Vietnam Digital Economy Research Institute.

In the afternoon, the delegation proceeded to Vietnam National University of Arts Education, where Prof. Dao Dang Phuong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chair of the Board, and Prof. Lé Vinh Hung, Rector, led a reception attended by department heads.
