To consolidate the outcomes of the university’s Open Cooperation and Development Conference, fulfill the mission of the "Bugu" Alliance of Application-oriented Universities, enhance inter-institutional collaboration, broaden students' horizons, and elevate talent cultivation quality, Nanning University has actively launched an exchange student program with Xi'an Peihua University. This semester, Nanning University has dispatched 10 outstanding students to study at Xi'an Peihua University while welcoming 3 exchange students from Xi'an Peihua University.
On March 5, the Office of Academic Affairs organized a welcome meeting for the exchange students from Xi'an Peihua University. During the meeting, the visiting students introduced themselves and shared their experiences of the first week on campus. They praised Nanning University's picturesque environment, academic atmosphere, and the warmth of its faculty and students, expressing their determination to seize this opportunity for academic growth and cultural integration. Representatives from Office of Academic Affairs provided a detailed overview of Nanning University's history, academic strengths, and campus culture, highlighting its distinctive courses and encouraging exchange students to engage actively in classroom activities to experience diverse teaching methodologies. Additionally, they addressed questions regarding course selection, accommodation, and daily life, assuring comprehensive support to facilitate a smooth transition.
The 10 Nanning University students selected for the exchange program arrived at Xi'an Peihua University in early March and completed their registration. They have since adapted to their new environment, participating in academic and extracurricular activities while demonstrating the academic excellence and spirit of Nanning University.
The successful implementation of this exchange program underscores the deepening partnership between the two institutions in nurturing globally minded, innovative, and practically skilled professionals. Nanning University and Xi'an Peihua University will remain committed to expanding collaboration, exploring new cooperation models, and contributing to the cultivation of high-quality applied talents with international perspectives.
